Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026  ·  Cursed Tomb

1. The Honest Archaeologist

Cursed Tomb deals in ancient secrets, but we keep none of yours. This Privacy Policy is our oath to you: your personal information is never excavated, catalogued, or kept by us.

2. No Digging in Your Data

We do not mine personal data from players of Cursed Tomb. No tracking, no profiling, no silent observation. Play freely — the only things being uncovered here are in-game relics.

3. Your Score in the Field Notes

Your high score may be recorded in your browser's local storage, like a line in a field notebook that belongs entirely to you. We cannot read it, and you can cross it out whenever you choose.

4. No Outside Excavators

No third-party analytics companies, advertising networks, or data firms have been given access to Cursed Tomb. The dig site is ours alone, and its contents belong to the players.

5. Accessible to All Adventurers

Cursed Tomb is appropriate for players of every age. The total absence of data collection means no player — young or old — can have their information captured or misused.

6. The Scroll May Be Updated

This Privacy Policy may be revised as the game evolves. Updated versions will be posted here, clearly dated. Continued play after any revision is taken as acceptance of the new version.
